Project Report Summary In a research organization, Guide interviewed worldwide leaders establishing mission-critical success profiles of agility and competence. Adaptability to multiple cultures, performace under pressure, and finding patterns within complexity were the keys to results. Through interactive workshops, development planning and long-distance coaching, Guide trained newly appointed international liaison heads on the leadership skills and behaviors required, and “vaccinated them against failure.” Managers of these individuals reported they wre more effective sooner, and their performance was consistently higher than previous groups.
